~ General Information About Sessions:

 

i. All sessions are available for local and long-distance clients via phone or online video conference. In-person appointments (which are offered in whatever country Daniela is living in at the time; currently a studio in downtown Toronto, Canada) are currently not available until further notice. 

 

ii. You may combine modalities in a single session for a more comprehensive approach to your healing.

iii. Gift certificates are also available. Please email for details.

 

iv. The modalities offered can be excellent tools for maintaining holistic health and for helping to prevent imbalances. In other words, you don't need to wait until you feel ill before you seek out Daniela's guidance and support. :)

~ Abbreviated Terms & Conditions: By scheduling an appointment with Daniela, you understand and agree that: 

​

i. None of the modalities offered are meant to replace the diagnoses, treatments, or prescriptions recommended by a Medical Doctor and/or veterinarian. Only a Medical Doctor and/or veterinarian can diagnose disease. Please consult your doctor and/or veterinarian if you, your child, or your animal friend, respectively, are experiencing a medical emergency and/or suffer from acute or chronic medical conditions. All the modalities offered are intended to complement the professional medical care you, your child, or your animal friend receive from physicians, veterinarians, and/or other health practitioners.

ii. You are responsible for making Daniela aware of any prescription medications and natural herbs or supplements you, your child, or your animal friend are taking and/or any spiritual and energetic practices you engage in regularly. These don't always present when Daniela scans an energy field. You may describe these once you're in session with Daniela. However, please avoid notifying her prior to your appointment with her.

iii. The suggestions and recommendations Daniela provides are at your discretion to follow. If you, your child, or your animal friend are under the care of another health care practitioner, are experiencing a serious medical condition, and/or are taking prescription medications, please consult with your doctor prior to starting any new herbal remedies, supplements, energetic practices, exercises, and/or lifestyle changes.

iv. Daniela encourages you to record the audio of your session using your own devices. If you are unable to record your session, you may purchase an audio recording from Daniela. If you prefer to not have your discussion recorded, please tell Daniela at the beginning of your session. The audio recording is confidential and all matters relating to you, your child, or your animal friend will not be shared with any other party without your express written consent. Teachings and general wisdom channeled through Daniela and shared with you in session may be used by Daniela at her discretion.

v. All insights and knowledge Daniela shares with you in sessions are an expression of Daniela's direct, personal, and unique perceptions, experiences, and integration of Existential Truths accessed through her own enlightenment and embodiment of Superconsciousness / Higher Self. What Daniela shares are not regurgitations of pre-written teachings or of information shared from other persons. It is not appropriate or karmically wise (for your own Soul's experience) to repeat what you receive in session, hear from Daniela's personal or public discussions, or read on any of Daniela's or emse official social media accounts without proper sourcing or express permission by Daniela. The scope of this term and condition of use transcends legal copyright regulations in this planetary matrix.

~ Payment Policy: 

 

i. All appointments are pre-paid in full at the time of booking. Payments can be made by PayPal or credit card through the online store, through international email transfer via PayPalMe [ https://www.paypal.me/emsenergetics ], or by electronic bank transfer (sent by email to answers [ @ ] energeticsofconsciousness [ dot ] com). Appointments booked in person can also be paid for in cash or by credit card. Once the transaction is complete, your booking will be confirmed by email. All appointments are subject to the Cancellation Policy and some sessions are not refundable.  

​

ii. Any additional time you spend in session with Daniela beyond what has been pre-paid will be added to the appointment fee at the end of your session at a pro.rated fee of $60.00 CDN per half hour (for individual sessions), $90.00 CDN per half hour for couples, and $60.00 CDN per person per half hour for partnerships with more than 2 persons.

iii. Daniela offers a grace period of 48 hours for outstanding dues to be paid. Under exceptional circumstances, there is possibility for this grace period to be extended at Daniela's discretion. Otherwise, sessions paid for more than 48 hours after booking will be cancelled or will incur a late fee of $20.00 CDN. Additional appointments will not be scheduled until all outstanding dues are paid.

iv. If you would like to receive a session summary document, personalized herbal remedy (tea, tincture, or topical remedy), homeopathic remedy, personalized nutritional recommendations such as a food plan with recipes, and/or personalized set of energetic practices and daily schedule, you understand that these are not included in the cost of a session with Daniela and you agree to pay for these additional services and any applicable shipping fees.

v. Session fees are not negotiable. Please ensure you are aware of what sessions do and don't include prior to scheduling an appointment. If you are unclear, please read the Frequently Asked Questions. If you have a question that is not answered there, please contact us directly. Any discounts or reduced rates applied to session fees are gifts that remain at Daniela's discretion to proffer.

vi. Paid sessions must be scheduled within 3 months or less of the point of purchase. A session that has been paid for and not booked will expire after 3 months.

​

 

~ Refund Policy: 

 

i. Session fees are non-refundable once the session has taken place. Refer to the Cancellation Policy for refunds of cancelled sessions.

 

ii. Products including herbal remedies, homeopathic remedies, and/or other supplements purchased through the emse online store and/or at live events are conditionally refundable if it can be shown that the said products caused some form of side effect such as an allergic reaction or sensitivity. Shipping costs are not refundable and any shipping fees required for returning any item remains the responsibility of the customer. 

 

iii. Merchandise such as buttons, stickers, crystals, and/or textiles purchased through the emse online store and/or at live events are non-refundable.

~ Cancellation Policy: 

 

i. At least 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations and rescheduling.

 

ii. Appointment cancellations and refunds for Live Readings and Energy Clearing and Rejuvenation sessions will incur a charge of 15% of the total appointment fee. All In-Depth Readings including those for Children and Youth, Email Queries, and Medical & Energy Intuitive Readings for Animals are non.refundable.

 

iii. Appointments rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice will not incur any additional charges or fees. Those rescheduled within less than 24 hours of the session start time will incur a charge of 10% of the total appointment fee.

 

iv. Missed appointments will be charged the full session fee.
